The poetry of Sahara Nights was birthed in the aromatic and hedonistic surrounds of Lygon Street’s club of the same name, where late one night, Egyptian and Arabic tunes, hookah pipes and a sweaty smoke-laden disco seized my imagination and took my senses hostage. From the debut album Ambrosia. The music clip to Sahara Nights was filmed in Rio De Janeiro’s famous seaside district Ipanema in 2011.
